Trolleys

The manual movement of goods within any facility can seem mundane and insignificant – until you’re the person that needs to facilitate the process. In highly-demanding processes, such as the picking of online orders, trolleys have become an important asset. When clients want instant service at the best possible price with no mistakes, having the ability to fulfil 90% of this function while picking and moving the product from the pick face to dispatch simply makes business sense.

While our trolleys enable the simple transportation of products from A to B, we are always aiming to maximise efficiency and reduce mistakes in order to improve this process.

All trolleys are designed by our in-house team. Providing unrivalled quality and strength, these units are built to last in a warehouse or workshop environment.

1. TIERED TROLLEY

Tiered trolleys

Depending on the function of the units and how much product they need to move, a multi-tiered trolley ensures that workflow is consistently met.

2. TOTE TROLLEY 2

Tote trolleys

Tote trolleys are used in picking and packing facilities to enable the product-to-shipper process. These trolleys assist by keeping all products for a single order together and ready for sealing and repacking, thus reducing the time it takes to complete the order.

3. PICKING TROLLEY

Picking trolleys

In certain supply chains, having a large quantity of small products available at the packing, manifesting and/or shipping stations is crucial, making picking trolleys an absolute essential. These trolleys can be filled with product from a bulk store, then moved to the workstations with enough goods for a particular cycle (i.e., day, pick wave, sales cycle, etc.). This improves the efficiency of the pick process, separates the replenishment process from the operator, and ensures that product is always readily available.

4. CUSTOM TROLLEY
