T-slot profiles are versatile structural products which present a cost-effective, aesthetically pleasing alternative to steel tubing, and are endearingly referred to as ‘real-life Lego’. Siyamuva currently owns the intellectual property for our 8 different size variants, each of which has its own charm and application – 30×30 8 bore; 30×30 12 bore; 40×40; 45×45; 45×90; 90×90; 135×45; and guide rail profiles.
Siyamuva T-slot extrusions are adaptable to almost any material, including wood, granite and steel. By cutting extrusions to the desired length and using our corner brackets, the unique design and manufacturing capability means you can build virtually anything.

30x30 extruded
T-slot aluminium profile – 8 bore
This lightweight yet strong extrusion is ideal for use with structures bearing light loads. The Siyamuva 30x30x8 profile is a great alternative to smaller steel square sections, and is perfect for smaller home-type solutions, such as furniture, desks and workstations. Making them even more well-suited to home use, the extrusion isn’t very visible, and therefore looks less industrial.

T-slot aluminium profile – 12 bore
Also boasting lightweight strength, this extrusion is ideal for use with structures bearing heavier loads, as the 12mm bore allows for the 100mm diameter Siyamuva foot, which enables a larger surface area to spread the load. Aside from the longer bore, the characteristics of this extrusion are the same as the 30x30x8 profile, making it a great solution for home design use.
40x40 extruded
T-slot aluminium profile
This strong profile variation has considerable savings when compared to the more common 45×45 extrusion, and is used in home, office and industrial environments.
45x45 extruded
T-slot aluminium profile
This is our most common and most recommended extrusion, as it provides peace of mind in even the heaviest applications. These profiles are recommended for medium to heavy-use pack stations, desks and furniture.
45x45 closed extruded
T-slot aluminium profile
Our 45×45 closed profile is an adaptation of the standard 45×45 profile. The two closed sections allow for a smooth outer finish for anything that requires a ‘softer’ aesthetic, such as home and office environments. Aside from the closed sections, this product is identical to the 45×45 profile, and is recommended for the same use.
90x45 extruded
T-slot aluminium profile
This extrusion offers extreme strength over its short-side vertical plane. This may be required in applications such as large spanning horizontal beams with minimal supports. It also offers the benefit of dual slots on two of the faces.
90x90 extruded
T-slot aluminium profile
This profile offers unmatched strength, and can be used in structures that need to handle human weight and activity. The dual slots on all four faces offer maximum versatility, making this a very effective upright or base beam in structures.
135x45 extruded
T-slot aluminium profile
This is our strongest profile along its short-side vertical plane. This profile can span long distances both horizontally and vertically without the risk of warping. With three slots running on two of the faces, this extrusion is highly-effective in large machinery.

This profile provides an elegant addition to conveyor modules, while ensuring that parcels move from A to B with control and precision. Due to its rounded aluminium surface, this profile guides parcels on conveyors of any width with no risk of abrasion or incision.
