Conveyor spare parts
Siyamuva manufactures and assembles all its own products, from basic T-slot assemblies to intricate conveyor modules and equipment. Adding to our offering, we represent some of the world’s leading brands.
As such, we carry and supply a vast spectrum of conveyor parts and spares, including parts that are suitable for other products or projects that we did not originally supply. We also offer a complete range of spare parts for AmbaFlex’s AmbaVeyors and SpiralVeyors, from chain link to full machine refurbishment, as well as a comprehensive Itoh Denki replacement parts offering.
Motorised rollers (MDR)
Itoh Denki DC motorised conveyor rollers come equipped with a 24V DC brushless motor nestled inside each roller’s tube. The MDR units can be easily adapted to other manufacturer’s conveyors, as long as the control card is purchased at the same time.
MDRs are available in various lengths and variants, such as plain straight, single-grooved, double-grooved, VG pulley, tapered, PVC lagging, stainless steel and zinc-plated. Standard speed codes are 15, 25, 55 and 90m/minute.
Drive cards
Itoh Denki drive cards are the driving force behind our motorised conveyor rollers.
The HB-150 is available in two options: the HB-510P (PNP signal inputs and outputs) and the HB-510N (NPN signal inputs and outputs). The HB-510 is our hybrid controller, which utilises zero pressure accumulation (ZPA) capabilities to prevent package collisions on a conveyor line.
The CBM-105F is a single-zone Itoh Denki driver card. This transportation conveyor is based on the Itoh Denki CMB-105 driver card and the FE-60 motorised roller. The Itoh Denki CBM0105FN driver card is a 24V control card for Itoh Denki roller types, including: PM486FE, PM486FP, PM486FS, PM570FE, PM605FE and PM635FS.
Gravity rollers
Gravity rollers are available in various lengths and variants, such as single-grooved, double-grooved, VG pulley, tapered, PVC lagging, stainless steel and zinc-plated, with multiple shaft options and finishes.
Roller clips
Siyamuva’s standard round roller clips are used in conjunction with our T-slot aluminium profiles for most of our conveyor modules. The unit needs a T-nut and countersunk nut to be securely fixed to the profile. While our standard roller clips are designed to suit a 12mm round shaft, we can also supply both high-side and hexagonal roller clips.
Poly V bands
Our poly V belts offer an enhanced lifespan and are low-maintenance when fitted and serviced correctly. These belts are endless, with some elastication, and are reinforced with nylon. The superior quality of our poly V belts greatly assists in ensuring the maximum performance of our conveyor modules.
Round bands (O-ring, slave and drive)
Our round belts offer superior drive characteristics for power transmission applications and live roller conveyors. These belts are especially suited for line-shaft conveyors and powered roller conveyors, where prolonged use and variations in speed and weight are common. Our endless belts outperform all local competitors
AmbaFlex SpiralVeyor slats
AmbaFlex SpiralVeyor slats are available in all lengths and variants, including rough (high friction) and smooth (low friction).
AmbaFlex SpiralVeyor bearings
We also supply stainless steel bearings and spacers for the AmbaFlex SpiralVeyor slats.

AmbaFlex AmbaVeyor slats are available in all lengths and variants, including rough (high friction) and smooth (low friction).
AmbaFlex SpiralVeyor and AmbaVeyor chains
These steel chains for the AmbaFlex SpiralVeyor and AmbaVeyor are available with single and master links.
AmbaFlex SpiralVeyor and AmbaVeyor wear strip
This wear strip is suitable for both the AmbaFlex SpiralVeyor and AmbaVeyor, and includes fasteners and roller pins.
